How many questions are in the C theory test?

The test has 60 questions. Five are unscored trial questions, so the maximum score is 55 points. You need at least 44 points to pass, and the time limit is 40 minutes.

What is the difference between C and CE?

C allows you to drive a lorry with no upper weight limit and to tow a light trailer of at most 750 kg. CE adds the right to tow one or more trailers with no upper weight limit.

Do I need a CPC to drive a lorry?

The licence shows which vehicle you may drive. The Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB Gods) is a separate qualification normally required for commercial goods transport. One does not replace the other.

How long is a passed theory test valid?

A passed theory test for a C category is valid for one year. You must pass the driving test within that time.

What does the safety check in the driving test cover?

Accepted Answer

It must be systematic and covers lighting, mirrors, brakes, tyres and wheel nuts, the tachograph, load, windows, steering, mud flaps, warning systems, wipers and fluids. You must also be able to describe the risks of a fault and suggest what to do.

Can I practise in my own language?

The interface is available in twelve languages. Questions and answer options are in Swedish, exactly as in the real test, because Swedish terminology is what you need on exam day.

How many mock exams are included?

Seven full mock exams, in the same format and with the same time limit as the real test. They differ in difficulty, so you can start gently and work up towards exam day.

Are the questions copies of Trafikverket's exam questions?

No. The official questions are not published by Trafikverket. Ours are written to train the same knowledge in the same exam format, and every question comes with an explanation of why the answer is right.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Results per knowledge area, bookmarked questions, your own notes and how far you have got are stored on your account and follow you between computer and phone.

How do I know what to practise more?

The dashboard shows your result per knowledge area and highlights the ones where you are below 70 percent. Bookmark the questions you got wrong and run them as a session of their own.

Can I have several licences on one account?

Yes. Each licence is bought separately and added to the same account. You switch between them whenever you like, and progress in one does not affect the others.

Does the payment renew automatically?

No. You pay once for the period you choose and access ends when that period runs out. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Does the course work on a phone?

Yes. The site is built for mobile and can be added to your home screen as an app, so you can fit in a short session while you are waiting somewhere anyway.

What if I fail the real test?

You book a new test with Trafikverket. Your access here is unaffected while the period runs – use the statistics to see which areas pulled the result down and train those.

Do I need to calculate weights and axle loads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dimensions, weight and bearing capacity is a knowledge area of its own. You need to read the figures on the registration certificate, work out the load weight and judge whether a vehicle is legally loaded for a given road.
