About the service

KörkortAkademi.se is a study service for Swedish driving-licence and professional-competence theory tests, provided by KörkortAkademi, [FÖRETAGSNAMN SAKNAS], [POSTADRESS SAKNAS].

We are independent of Trafikverket and Transportstyrelsen. The content is study material, not official exam questions, and it does not replace the authorities' own information. Rules change — always check current requirements with Transportstyrelsen and Trafikverket before booking a test.

Accounts

You need an account to buy and use the course content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential.

An account is personal. It may not be shared, resold or used by several people.

We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Payment is handled by Stripe. A purchase grants access to the chosen licence for the period stated in the plan. Access does not renew automatically — it ends when the period expires.

Each licence (B, A, C, D, Taxi, YKB Goods, YKB Passenger) is bought separately and gives access only to its own material.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase under Swedish distance selling law.

Digital content delivered immediately is an exception: the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun, provided you expressly consented to it beginning within the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right.

At checkout you confirm this with a checkbox before payment starts. Without it the purchase cannot go through, so access is never opened without your express consent.

What the service does not promise

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that it matches the questions on your test.

Passing our mock exams is no guarantee of passing the official theory test, and a failed test does not entitle you to a refund.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or loss of data beyond what mandatory law requires.

Intellectual property

All material in the service — text, questions, explanations, images and software — belongs to KörkortAkademi or our licensors.

You may use the material for your own studies. You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell or otherwise make it available to others, and you may not scrape it with scripts or similar tools.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will tell you in the service or by email before any material change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms.

If you are unhappy, contact us first. If we cannot agree, as a consumer you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or to the EU online dispute resolution platform.
